What is mindful Skincare?

Tips for mindful skin practices
Create a calm environment! Set the mood by putting on your favorite playlist, light a candle, dim the lights. A serene environment is key to enhancing the relaxation and helps your mind focus on what’s in front of you!
Breathe! Before you begin, Take a few deep breaths to center yourself. Inhale deeply through your nose, hold for a few seconds, the out slowlythrough your mouth. This simple practice helps clear your mind and prepares you for a mindful session.
Engage your senses! As you apply each product, take a moment to appreciate its texture, scent, and how it feels on your skin. also I encourage everyone to massage products into there skin! do what feels right to you and enjoy the sensations you create!
Practice gratitude. While applying your skincare products, think about 3 things you are grateful for and 3 things you love about yourself! it might be harder than you think it should be but do it anyway! it could be your grateful for your own bathroom to do this exercise or maybe you. love your creativity and kindness, whatever it is say it out loud!
Reflect. After your routine take a moment to reflect on how your skin feels and any emotions that came up during your session. This reflection deepens your connection with your body and enhances self awareness.
